HOME PERFORMANCE PROJECT MANAGER
THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a self-starter to oversee home performance projects. If you have construction industry experience, attention to detail, and strive for quality—we’re looking for you! Must be an effective communicator with construction trades and homeowners. Our goal is to provide customers with high quality service and information to ensure a successful process from start to finish.
Here’s what your position would include on a regular basis: Oversee home performance projects (organizing subcontractors, scheduling, creating contracts, customer communication/follow-up, project troubleshooting), Quality control inspection at completion, have or work toward certifications (BPI, HERS, etc.), work with auditors to develop work scope, and outreach for future subcontractor relationships. This position is part office, part field work—perfect for those who don’t like being tied to a desk all the time!

HOME PERFORMANCE ANALYST (ENERGY AUDITOR)
THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a self-starter to complete energy audits on single family homes. If you have your BPI certification we’re looking for you! Must be an effective communicator with construction trades and homeowners. Our goal is to provide customers with high quality service and information to ensure a successful process from start to finish that leads to an increase in their home's comfort, durability, and energy efficiency.
Your position will include: Performing thorough home assessments/diagnostic tests and solving specific comfort and health related issues with the home, energy modeling, analyzing findings to define comprehensive improvement recommendations, creating a comprehensive report, communicating/educating homeowners on general principles behind recommendations made, and continuous education on current best practices and products available. Must have BPI Certifications BA and EP at a minimum.This position is part office, part field work—perfect for those who don’t like being tied to a desk all the time!
